About the Workshop
Android comes with many built-in components, but some tasks are best accomplished by rolling your own. In this workshop we will build FractionView, a custom view that depicts fractions by coloring sectors of a circle. You will learn to define the view, override its onDraw function, and attach event listeners to interact with the view.

About the Instructor
Chiu-Ki started writing mobile apps at Google, where she worked on Google Mobile Maps for Android. She has extensive experience in Android development, and shares her knowledge by speaking at various conferences such as Google I/O, AnDevCon, Droidcon London etc.
