Cancel today's Relaxation and Meditation Class with Debby Bruck

Due to holiday season, this session is canceled. The first and third Friday of the month, we will provide a 30-minute relaxation and meditation session, including powerful guided imagery to help you relax and access your inner healing power.

Debby Bruck, certified homeopath and qigong practitioner, providing tools for self healing, stress management and relaxation exercises, EFT tapping and healing affirmations.

Requested donation $5 per session. Please RSVP or drop in. You are also welcome to stay for the Coffee & Contacts meeting and presentation following the instruction class. Come early. Door closes at 8:45AM so as not to disturb the participants.
