Erica is a MOTHER to an incredible 16 year old girl named Jordan, and to her wonderful Blue Tic Coonhound/Beagle, Paz! She is a DAUGHTER, a SISTER, a FRIEND, an ANIMAL LOVER, a NATURE LOVER, and a SINGER! Erica was even one of the lucky few to have been a professional environmental and civil rights ACTIVIST and LAWYER working with many national, regional and local environmental /social justice organizations in many capacities-from the field, community organizing… to the national management team level - for more than 20 years. She loved her "work" but was very clear that when she became a mom she wanted to spend a lot of time with her child and really be available to her. She gave up her prior career...and pursued both SINGING and SONGWRITING with her husband, and creating one of a kind JEWELRY. Erica has always loved jewelry-the beauty of natural stones, colors, designs! She loves to sell at PARTIES/HOME SHOWS and to individuals too, and see the joy it brings people!

Erica and her then husband started a COMPUTER BUSINESS, Computer Therapy, which has been successful for over 17 years now! They won an award for the “The Best Computer Business in Chatham County", and were recently featured in the "Christian Science Monitor”, an international news magazine, because of their wonderful computer donations program.

Also, four years ago, she was having a hard time losing weight, and her beloved and best childhood friend turned her onto Take Shape For Life (TSFL)-little did she know then how much it would affect her destiny. Erica lost 19 pounds in just 8 weeks! (The average is 2 - 5 pounds per week!) She was so excited she wanted to spread the joy and great health the program brought to others, so she became a TSFL HEALTH COACH! She can teach you how to LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY, SAFELY, EASILY and KEEP IT OFF!!! She is happy to meet with you, your business, your spiritual group, your school ..... anywhere a group can get together! She is also happy to teach you how to easily be a successful Health Coach, and work with you to help revolutionize our country’s health, while nicely supporting yourself financially. She loves helping people CHOOSE TO BE HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER!

Finally, because Erica's daughter experienced traumatic bullying in middle school, she started the CHATHAM COUNTY BULLYING PREVENTION TASK FORCE 3 years ago, with the help of another parent, the county Superintendent and his leadership team. The group is now about 150 people strong including students, parents, teachers and administration from all 17 schools in Chatham County!
