Welcome, Daytona Beach Hand Drummers!

Our meetup's purpose is to get the drum circle going here at the Seabreeze Coffee Connection again. Many folks have recently asked me to start the drum circle again. After nearly two years of none, Its a good idea to start it up again, I thought,... so Mike C. and I tried utilized the Meetup networking tool, and within days all kinds of new people rsvp'd for the Wednesday night drum circle. Debbie and An-e helped promote ,other ways . More came, and many of the old Daytona Beach, Wednesday nite drum circle people, started coming back. It's going very well. We allready have 50 members on Meetup.com, but most of our members are not members of Meetup. They just come. You are considered a member if you show up and participate. You dont have to join the Meetup.
We usually get 25 drummers or so, even though the Meetup may have only 2 or 3 listed as having Rsvp'd.
I hope more people can come and make this a real good social event. We can accomidate 60 or so people here and if many more of our members start showing up, we can have it somewhere else. In the past,we have held this old drum circle on the beach, on the pier by the courthouse, in bars and in other venues.
