RSVP for Paths and Traditions Fair (Representatives Only)

If you are interested in representing your group, path or tradition at the Paths and Traditions Fair, this is where you register.

Thanks for expressing interest in being a representative for your group, path or tradition at the Paths and Traditions Fair.

The fair will be held on 12 January 2013, from 9 am - 4 pm. Set-up begins at 8 am. There is a suggested donation of $10-30 for each group represented. Groups and traditions will each be given space for a card-sized table (up to 36 inches square) that they bring or will share a larger table with another group.

Space is limited:
-- Please send only one or two representatives of your group/tradition at a time.
-- In the event that we have more groups who wish to participate than we have space available, space will be assigned in the order in which you have registered.

To register as a representative, please RSVP to this MeetUp. A positive RSVP is considered a commitment to attending as a group representative.

When registering, you will be asked:

-- Name of group/path/tradition.
-- Description of your group, tradition, or path.
-- Contact person and contact information.
-- Any contact information you would like to have listed on the website, such as website urls, e-mail, &c.
-- Whether you will be brining your own card table or sharing one of Living Earth's.

Please bring:
-- Information about your group and tools/items/supplies related to your path.
-- Some spaces have a picture rail behind them. You may bring a small sign or banner to hang behind you. Spaces will be given based on first come, first serve that morning.
-- A table (up to 36 inches square), if you choose.
