Tour the Google Offices in Boulder

Ok, I know...I know... Google doesn't actually make anything here, except maybe smiles, the world less evil and our lives easier.

Remember life before Google? It was called getting into the car and driving to the library to look up something in Encyclopedia Britannica. :) (side note: Libraries are still alive and well, visit one soon to see how they are evolving! They're also still free and some have makerspaces, too!)

This tour breaks from our usual sense of the word "Factory" but I wanted to share this opportunity with you anyway because...well....it's Google. :) (There are also several other tours to choose from listed on the meetup to see actual factories, so be sure to check those out as well!)

Here's the plan:

Google's Chief of Stuff (yes, real title) and team will give us a tour of the Boulder Google offices, a history of Google in Boulder and also share with you some of things that make Google Google!

This is a shorter tour so please arrive on time! Chop! Chop!

Registration for this tour closes Sunday night Oct 9th at 11:45pm in order to get the list of names prepared. Also, this is a family friendly tour, all ages are welcome.
