Cooking Class - El Salvadoran Goat

Buy local and cook global!  Join us next week and learn to prepare an El Salvadoran goat dish from Herbert Aparicio of the Goat Cheese Lady!  I just sent out an announcement about a cooking class and I'd like to invite the meetup group too.

I asked Herbert to teach this class because I like to buy meat from local farmers.  This way, I can support family farms and I know the meat I'm eating came from well-treated, healthy animals.

I've wanted to buy some of Joyful Noise Farm's goat meat but didn't know how to cook it.  If you're in the same boat, sign up to join the class next Tuesday.  It's only $30 because Herbert is donating the meat.  He'll teach us how to cook it and then we'll sit down to eat!

You can sign up here.  We only have eight spots, so don't delay!

Is it $30 for each person? Or is that split between all of us?
