New Extended Meditation Time, DVD: Cultivating Healthy Habits

We will begin the meetup with 30 minutes of meditation.  Meditation will start promptly.  If you are need meditation instructions, please email me through Meetup and I will send them to you prior to the meeting.

The main purpose of this meetup is to provide a conducive environment to develop and strengthen our meditation practices.

In this week's dvd talk, the theme of the talk is about how we can learn to replace the the habits that keep us so wrapt up in our daily activities that we deprive ourselves of the opportunities to sit quietly and know our true selves through meditation and experience the joy, peace, and fulfillment that results.

This group is free and open to the public.

Please note the following:

1.  New start time 3:15 pm and new end time 4:45 pm

2.  Opening meditation practice will begin promptly and will be for 30 minutes.  Please sit quietly and meditate with us if you arrive later.  If we have time, we will also have a short meditation sitting at the end of the meetup.

3.  New, quiet, handicapped accessible meetup venue at Hebron House in Ellicott City, MD, on the grounds of Mount Hebron Presbyteran Church

I appreciated that people who have been coming brought others with them to today's meeting. I am happy to see that people enjoy this quiet form of spiritual meditation.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
