We'll take a look at how research, observation, surveys and critical thinking come together to create a honed awareness of the audience's needs and experience. This information is being used to drive a crafted, omni-channel marketing campaign with the goal of promoting concessions and retail within an airport environment. Spoiler: it's not all about ads on walls.

Okay, so the timing on this talk is a little crazy, as it's BEFORE our monthly chat & pancakes breakfast, but our speaker is heading to the west coast soon so timing is important.

Our speaker, Kim Fisher, is a familiar face at IxDA events and has engaged in journey map and service blueprint designs for several years, working within healthcare, aviation, and educational environments.

6pm-6:30pm - Drinks, food, networking

6:30pm-7:30pm - Presentation

7:30pm-8pm - Questions, time to eat the leftover food, etc.
