ULTIMATE STREET DEFENSE

Sparring is indispensable for the those who want to progress in any martial art discipline. During sparring, he or she will test skills acquired, learn to recognize and, with practice, anticipate the opponent tactics; sparring builds self-control, self-confidence, and courage.

Learn foundation of Conditioning, Striking/Counter Striking, Movement, Grappling, Ground Fighting, and Various Sparring Tactics. System then progresses to 1on1 continuous sparring, multiple opponent sparring, Gun disarming, Edged weapon defense, Takedown and Control techniques, Impact weapons, Improvised weapons, Pre and post conflict techniques, and Much Much More!

Combat Spar class is open to all martial artists from all Martial disciplines/backgrounds. No Previous Experience Necessary, All Levels of Fitness and Experience Welcome.
