This workshop will help you increase your state of flow, access the subconscious mind and help you to channel your own stories. It's for anyone who wants to open up their creativity, dive deeper into their soul’s story, discover characters, or learn techniques to bring the spiritual dimension into creativity and writing.
In this 3 hour workshop we will go through various techniques to help you open your creative channel. These will include:
• Energy clearing to bring you into alignment
• Guided meditations to meet your creative muse, your higher self and characters within you
• Shamanic journey to step into a heightened reality
• Techniques to balance your masculine (structure) and feminine (flow) energies

Cheryl Prince is an actress, writer, theatre maker and healer. She devises work with the international award winning company, Seemia Theatre. Her first play AWAKEN was developed with the support of the Create Project at The Actors Temple and through Script Accelerator at the Park Theatre. She is currently writing her second play.
Alongside making theatre, Cheryl is also an Angelic Reiki and Shamanic Practitioner specialising in bridging people’s connection to their higher selves. She runs shamanic drumming, meditation and creative journeying workshops at various Theatres and Well Being events, alongside her unique online writing course. She also works with clients one to one as an intuitive healer.
