You are not alone! And for too long it may have felt this way. That day is over. Come join other men and women exploring similar issues in their own lives. Members may identify themselves as "gay", "bisexual", "lesbian", or "questioning". We are less about labels and more about creating a space for you to fully show up in this world - exactly as you are, whole and complete. What members do share in common is the desire for healthy connection and support as they come to terms with their sexual orientation.
This group is designed to offer social support for men and women, wherever they are in their coming out process. Through facilitated monthly support group meetings, organized social activities and the development of new friendships, members move into authentic connection not only with others, but themselves! We will also help members in assessing readiness for coming out to others. While we understand the term 'coming out', we see it more as an issue of intimacy and authentically in relationship with others. While the group will offer full support, there is no pressure to "come out" to others. Some members may in fact choose not to come out to others but are just seek social support and connection.
Issues of developing a sense of community, dating, relationship, sexuality; including safe sex awareness and education will also be addressed. Plenty of time will be made for members to share their own personal experiences and receive support.
It is your time to shine! Fully and brightly. Come Out and join us as we develop a sense of community and engage the power of connection to fully support our being and experience. We welcome all L/G/B/T/Q persons at whatever stage they may be at in their process.
