Group includes gentle yoga stretches to prepare for meditation, then 30 minutes of silent meditation, and a sharing group with tea and fruit.
Darcy Lubbers also offers classes Santa Monica in Primordial Sound Meditation and Stress Reduction through Mindfulness Meditation.
