Indoor Rowing is a gentle on the joints, high-calorie burn, full aerobic & resistance training workout.

Registration is open for the Winter 2 Session of Indoor Rowing at Little Harbor Boathouse! Small group classes limited to 5 rowers!
Teen and Adult classes for Winter Session 2 start Tues., Feb. 28 & continue through April 13.

Adults Indoor Rowing: 3 days/week: Tues.,Thurs. & Fri. from 8 - 9 a.m. Cost. $315 ($15/class)

Teen Indoor Rowing: 2 days/week: Tues. & Thurs. from 4:30-5:30 p.m. $210 ($15/class)

Each class consists of 30-40 minutes of indoor rowing and 20 minutes of a variety of exercises & stretches.

Coach Kyle Edmonds leads fun and varied erg workouts designed to increase fitness through aerobic workout, light strength and abdominal exercises and stretching. Limited to 5 participants who can adjust the workout according to their own ability and strength. Small group class sizes, for novices and experienced rowers. The Indoor rowing class teaches rowing skills and improves muscle memory for proper sculling.

All Indoor Rowing Classes are held at Little Harbor Boathouse Community Rowing & Paddling, 40 Doaks Lane, Marblehead.

Classes are suited to all levels, and new rowers are welcome.
