Sandra Swayze Is Teaching About First Chakra, Root Chakra (make-up class)

Sandra Swayze will give an overview of the 7 main chakras and how each relates to how our life is going, how our relationships are doing, and how strong or weak our health is.

The chakras system is a great way to better understand the interconnection between your physical and spiritual body. When an illness manifests in some part of your body, there will be a correlated block or weakness in one or more of your chakras. Imbalances in our chakras show up in our relationships and health. You should come away with an understanding of how the chakra energies show you why and how your life is working.

Chakra one, the Root Chakra make-up class is being held March 1st at 7pm. The knowledge and awareness of the Root chakra is vital before going further into the knowledge and awareness of the power in each chakra.

The class costs $20 per each one or $90 for all seven classes.
