So Percussion and Man Forever

An evening of drumming by the celebrated ensemble Sō Percussion and composer/percussionist John Colpitts's experimental drum project Man Forever. Coined New York City's "experimental powerhouse" by the Village Voice, Sō Percussion is America's premiere modern percussion ensemble. Sō brings their adventurous spirit to the Met Museum to explore the DIY and experimental components of punk. These concerts are presented in association with Wordless Music, and in conjunction with the exhibition PUNK: Chaos to Couture, on view May 9–August 11, 2013.
