Do you want a shot of confidence for the mind? Join other locals who are interested in improving their confidence in a supportive and positive environment.
Confidence Boot camps are where you will learn about the latest information and technologies in the area of mental programming to help you develop true self-confidence. Many of the techniques shared are utilized by the United States Navy Seals to build confidence in their soldiers.
Each boot camp will have the same layout but a different confidence exercise, which we will then use to help you move past your fear, phobia or feel more confident in an area of your choosing. While everyone attending will have an opportunity to experience the confidence exercise, I will personally work with a few individuals during our session to help them move past their fear and into confidence. Each session is also followed by a question and answer period for those who have additional questions.
The mind is what leads and controls your body. Most think nothing of joining a gym or working out everyday. If the mind is more important than your body, isn't it time you joined a mental work out gym? Meet-ups take place every two weeks.
