JavaScript MVC Frameworks

We all know about web-development pretty much. We are familiar with either Spring Mvc, Asp.Net Mvc, Grails, Php, etc. We can do almost everything we want. In case we have problems on client-side, we can solve them easily, using JQuery. Sometimes, we prefer to use JSON, because it is modern and very Object Oriented. Our web applications are usually mixes of mark-up forms, server and client-side scripts and web-services, where all of them work together and depend each on other.

Isn’t it time to make another shift forward? Isn’t it time to get things where they belong to?

A shift forward - is to make the clients richer. Clients that live as independent HTML + JavaScript applications and are able to work with any server they are attached to. A shift forward - is to make servers poorer. Servers that provide pure data in JSON and know nothing about how that data is presented at client side.

Forget about tons of JavaScript, forget about crawling through HTML elements, and make a shift forward that will make you never come back to what you did before. We plan to go through these new ways of making clients independent. The ways, that make it extremely easy to produce and enjoy rich presentation layer.

Our presenters will introduce some common uses and practices in modern JavaScript MVC frameworks, which we hope will come handy in your aspirations.
