Co-creating Chicago's Digital Access & Skills Referral Network

Details
To kick off 2016, we'd like to gather representatives from programs across Chicago to co-create the the Connect Chicago Digital Access & Skills Referral Network.
We are raffling off a $1,000 prize that will go to support one of the programs in the referral network.
Background on this meetup
We've heard feedback from programs across the city like this:
“We'd like to know where to get patrons and where to refer our patrons next in their learning paths. How does all of our work fit together?" or "we'd like to know what a roadmap for digital access & skills programming looks like across the City."
We’ve also held focus groups with residents who had similar questions: “When I’m done at X program, I’d like to know where I should go next. What are my best opinions? What’s the next logical skill to work on or place/trainer to visit?” Connect Chicago would like to facilitate the creation of the Referral Network that could make our whole sector stronger.
The survey starts us off
Please complete this survey to be included in the referral network and to be eligible to win the $1000 prize: https://smartchicago2012.wufoo.com/forms/ms6l13n1ngutb0/
We will structure the meetup based on what we learn from the survey responses. We'll display the info on large posterboards around our meeting space at the Chicago Community Trust.
Attendees will walk around the room, meet people, and indicate two key things about each program:
"I would refer my patrons to this program"
- and / or -
"I would recruit patrons who completed this program"
We'll pull all of this info together and release it to all. Our goal is to create a more fluid understanding of the great programs that are located all over the city in the service of a shared culture of learning.
