NAMASTE KINDRED FRIENDS, and a warm welcome!

This is a group passionate about or interested in whole, natural, holistic living for health and overall wellness. Whether your passion is around food (organic, raw, vegan, whole foods, healthy cooking, or other) - holistic personal wellness (mind/body/spirit connection, chinese medicine, alternative healing modalities, etc.) - belief in "thought power" (Law of Attraction, Law of the Universe, Fate, etc.) or other, come and meet other like-minded people!

The intent of this group is to share, learn, teach, grow, and inspire one another, and to empower and increase the holistic energy in our communities, across this united world we share, and in ourselves.

Whether you are new to any of the above, or well on your way, all are welcome to attend our meetings! Listen in, and join in only when you feel comfortable.

We hold our regular meetings twice a month from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Additional meetings on holistic modality topics are also held on various dates throughout the year. Be sure to check out our calendar! Meetings are held at the Naugatuck Savings Bank at 87 Church Street in Naugatuck. This is open for change (date or time) with a group consensus.
