Developing the ExploringData Package

One of the major uses of R is in exploratory data analysis. For this critical use of R Ron is developing a package called ExploringData that he presented at UseR! 2012. In this talk Ron will give a more detailed presentation of the Lighting Talk he gave at UseR! as well as discuss the development of the package since UseR! 2012.

Ron Pearson is a Senior Statistician in the Personal Lines R&D organization at Travelers in Hartford, CT.  He holds a bachelor's degree in physics, and MSEE and PhD degrees from the M.I.T. I enjoyed the presentation very much. When asked Ron opened up the editor and dove right into the code.
