Many forms of therapy and personal development focus on changing the mind, however, for the most powerful life results there are big benefits from simply improving how you relate to your mind too.

Your mind is a remarkable tool that you’re meant to ‘pick up’ and use when required, and then ‘put down’ when you’re done thinking. However, if you cannot stop thinking whenever you want, then you are essentially not thinking, but instead, being thunk!

During this fun and enlightening talk, meditation teacher and author of "THUNK!" Sandy C. Newbigging will share what he calls the 'Serenity + Success Formula' for changing your relationship with your mind, so that you can experience the serenity and success that comes from freeing yourself from thinking too much.

Conscious Awareness Life Meditation (or CALM for short) in fact provides techniques that allow you to let go of the constant chatter in your mind. In doing so, Mind Calm can help you to worry less, sleep better, improve your relationships and feel more confident. It can also help you to live more in the present moment and as a result, be more peaceful, contented and loving.
