Summer Road Trip! Are you ready???? Learn how to eliminate the need to diet and reach your ideal beach weight in time for the season. Guest presenter, Stephanie Dalfonzo (http://www.stephaniedalfonzo.com) is going to teach us the keys to reaching and maintaining your ideal weight, getting healthier, and feeling great about yourself in every way. It's easier than you think! Stephanie is a trainer, speaker, certified hypnotist as well as a practitioner of neuro-linguistics programming and emotional freedom techniques. This is going to be a great presentation you won't want to miss.

Our non-profit of the month is Family & Children's Aid (http://www.fcaweb.org) providing foster home services for neglected, abused children who are without protection, parental support, even hope. Learn all about the wonderful opportunities and programs this local organization offers the community and kids everywhere.

We've got a great line up of exhibitors. Bring a little spending money and do a little shopping or perhaps get a spiritual reading or just information about our showcased businesses this month.

As always they'll be light cruidite, cash bar and our ever popular fabulous door prizes.
