There's a lot of talk in Content Strategy, UX, and IA circles about how to create and manage content that works across multiple devices (read: mobile is your future, whether you like it or not.). Karen McGrane calls this "Adaptive Content" and has been beating the drum around the US for some time now. There's also a whole lot going on with the more technical/analytical side of things - in particular XML-based Intelligent Content - that has significant implications for content strategy planning & workflow. Let's get together to talk about these trends, what (if anything) we're currently doing in these areas, what we've learned so far, and what opportunities might exist in our respective organizations to benefit from them.
