Karen's humorous and irreverent side shows in both her writing and her speaking. Frank, funny, and informative. You can't beat that combination.

I write technical content for a government wiki and train groups on Section 508 for electronic documents. I also plan events for the STC Washington, DC - Baltimore chapter. I have long wanted to hear Karen McGrane speak about content strategy.

Similar to Kevin, I'm a web designer who needs to find ways to nudge content creators and Project Directors to work with me to design their content first, before the "window-dressing" that they see as a designer's role!
