Seattle Brisket Experience 6
Hosted by The Cook-Off Club
Details
This is from an email that came out today. I suggest following the link to http://seattlebrisketexperience.com and signing up for the announcements and newsletters. You have to purchase a ticket to participate. I have no idea about the quality of the cuisine, but I'm excited to try it! :) Times are 6:00 or 8:00. I think I'll shoot for 6:00.

SBX6Greetings BBQ Fans! The owners of the popular Capitol Hill restaurant, Chungee’s, want to celebrate the 4th of July by taking the day off, bringing our brisket to the people, and celebrating Central Texas style!
So we’re taking over the joint, bringing our choice-grade, all-natural brisket from the Yakima Valley that’s been smoked over imported hickory and mesquite for more than 14 hours. Expect a meat side with that meat – possibly pulled-pork or homemade Texas-style sausage. And we’ll have the popular (non-meat!) sides Texas Caviar and Remoulade Coleslaw. Because Chungee’s is a Chinese restaurant, expect a little something-something with a nod to the Asian palate as well.
Great meat smoked just right. Live music on the street. Super bar. Fun people.
