Kitchen competitions a la Iron chef, cake decorating, filled pasta recipes
I think making peking duck was the msot challenging as with the marinating,boiling, hangin up to dry, frying....etc... it was a several day process.
I am a chameleon in that I like to dabble in all cuisines, from the mediteranean to asia like thai or chinese dishes....most of all I like to taste new things and learn.
