I was amazed by the Asian lunch you had. At this point, I'm not ready to host a meeting, but I could in the future. I'm happy to help shop for the menu.
The most recent is a gluten free noodle soup with fresh basil and ginger. The challenge for me is to be crispy and tasty without using bottled sauces!
My specialty that I can share is stir frying techniques for fresh, tasty results. Speed and fresh are key for me. I now use Essential Oils for seasoning when I can. These oils are pure in flavor and more powerful.
Yay! You're back in action!! I enjoy cooking different foods from different cultures, combining different spices for that unique flavor experience. I'd like to learn more about curries from scratch and other international foods.
