I'm really good at *real* BBQ (certified judge).
Every Thanksgiving. Two smoked turkeys, two cranberry sauces, stuffing (possibly 2), gravy, several types of root, leafy, and other types of vegetables. A week.
I'm a hunter, fisher-person, forager, cook, food preserver, charcutier, and wine maker. I organized the Hunt, Fish, Forage, Cook, Preserve Meet-up for those of us who want to work our way up the food chain.
