Theme cooking events: either a theme around food (could be a meal around duck for instance, and we have to cook different parts of the duck to propose a menu: Foie gras to start with, followed by a magrets, then a salad with confit gizzards with a nice vinaigrette...) or a theme around wines and then try to match different meals with them.
Many dishes had been challenging!
