Cooking class in Santa Monica. Bring knife and smile! ;-)

Bring a cutting board, a knife and let's cook, sip some wine, meet new people and have fun.
This class is in a beautiful kitchen who used to be on the food network, the house is close to Lincoln and Montana in Santa Monica. (I will email the address to the one who sign-in)
We will start at 3.15pm for 2h30-3h. The price is 60$ including food and wine.
Here is the menu:
-“Quiche Lorraine” with bacon, leek, onion, Swiss cheese and a mix green salad with balsamic vinegar and walnut oil vinaigrette.
-Seared pork loin on a potato “galette” with caramelized turnip puree and Gewurztraminer white wine sauce.
-Strawberry “mille feuille” with caramel Chantilly and chocolate sauce.
This is not a demonstration, everyone participate, we do it all together then like that it's easier for you to do it again at home.
You just need to bring a cutting board, a knife, a kitchen towel and a big smile ;-)
Feel free to bring an extra bottle of wine….more wine, more fun ;-)
