Important Information:
There is a 10 RSVP minimum for this event. So please RSVP ASAP so we don’t have to cancel the event. We have a 48 hour cutoff for RSVPs. If we don’t get the minimum number of RSVPs by then the event will be canceled or rescheduled and all members will be fully refunded.

Chicken Tamale
Pork Tamale
Roasted Pasilla Peppers and Cheese Tamale
(Event Price includes: All Ingredients and Pizza for dinner)
Time Line:
6pm Watch: Good Eats - Tamale Never Dies (Take Notes)
6:30pm Cook: Make Tamales
8:30pm Eat Pizza / Mingle: (While Tamales cook)
10pm Clean Up / Wrap up Tamales to take home
Notes:
*Feel free to BYO Beer or wine.
*Thought the event everyone is expected to help with the dishes to make clean up at the end faster.
*Be sure to bring some Tupperware or zip lock baggies so you'll have an easy transport home for your Tamales.
*Please wear closed toed shoes and a hat for safety and sanitation purposes.
Check In:
Make sure to check in with Josh when you arrive to receive an apron and a name tag.
How to find us:
We are located on Keswick St. (Cross street: Van Nuys) North of Saticoy and South of Roscoe. Once on Keswick St. look for the red, pink, and white checked building on the right with the Neon "OPEN" sign and park on the street then proceed to walk down the driveway to the right of the building and come in the first door on the left.

Please make sure there is a vegetarian option (or two) and I may be interested. Especially interested if there is a dessert/fruit tamale! The ones I've bought before were pineapple, or rasperry and chocolate....what else can we think of? Also wondering how many we'll get to take home....
