This group is for individual who are struggling with the decision to end a marriage or relationship.   It is for those who have confusion about how best to deal with children. We will also discuss Legal proceedings for separation, divorce and/or child custody. Individual coping with separation and divorce have feelings of Anger, hurt and fear regarding breaking up. We will discuss the Grief process so that you can better understand your feelings and moods and so that you will recognize when you are making progress or strides forward.
