Morgan is part of the Community Investment team at Vancity Credit Union working as the microfinance program manager. In this role, he provides high quality and hands-on advice and support for micro-entrepreneurs, with a focus on micro-business that have high social, environmental and community impact. Morgan has been with Vancity for ten years, formerly in a frontline role working with members and community partners in the branch system. There, Morgan developed and adapted financial literacy/community capacity building products and supports to serve member needs and to generate community investment opportunities. He's met folks from all walks of life and he believes in the importance of building strong communities through focused investments.
