Class focus is on restorative postures with a gentle sequence. Good for anyone, especially those looking to practice yoga from a gentle perspective.
Yoga can be taught from a chair seated and standing with the aid of the back of the chair to modify postures and create a individualized experience.
Vinyasa and Core Strength Yoga are taught in fusion. Breathing techniques are taught in sequence with posture names, positioning, parts of the body that benefit (adverse muscle groups, organs and nervous system) and the Chakras that will be balanced in association.
Extra 15 minute meditation practice given after class during Savasana (final relaxation) for those interested in a deeper practice. Bringing greater spirituality, grounding and peace of mind.
