Explore the Wines of Rioja

Wines of Rioja
Sommelier Sylvain Hernicot
Thursday March 13th, 7:30-9pm

Reserve by calling[masked]

If you love the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the fruitiness of Grenache then you’ll love Tempranillo. It’s big wine with ripe tannin that will buddy up to any piece of rich meat. Tempranillo is a popular grape that grows everywhere, but its homeland is Spain. The region famous for Tempranillo is Rioja. Unlike American wine, Rioja uses a system of qualifying their wines making it pretty easy to find what you like. Join our new C&F member Sommelier Sylvain Hernicot who just spent 6 years working with the Rioja wine industry.

Wine Menu:
 Vivanco Viura Malvasia Blanco 2012
Ladron de Guevara Tinto Joven Cosecha 2012
 Dinastia Vivanco Crianza 2009
 Pujanza Hado 2010
 Lar de Paula Reserva 2005
 Dinastia Vivanco Reserva 2007
 Pujanza Crianza 2007
