Kirk Cesari is an intellectual property attorney with more than 10 years experience representing numerous clients including Fortune 100 clients, start-up companies, and individual inventors. Some of the matters he has handled for clients include patent preparation and prosecution, patent disputes, copyright issues, trademark filings, licensing negotiations, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, software licenses, and development agreements, in addition to a wide variety of other IP-related matters. In addition to his vast IP experience, Kirk has a degree in electrical and computer engineering, as well as significant business experience. Kirk is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Minnesota State Bar, as well as registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
