This group has been created to support those who suffer from depression and seek a caring, supportive, informal and safe space to share our experiences. Although a lot has been accomplished in the care and treatment of mental illness, many of us may still feel shame, isolation and fear about what we are dealing with. This is a place where we can find and meet others who understand and are willing to care for themselves and others by just being there to listen and support. It is possible. Please join us!

Please note: These meetings are intended to be for support and friendship only, not a place for professional care and treatment. Please seek such care from qualified health care professionals.
