It's a Scrapbook Fiesta! (CROP)

That's right! If you caught the location of this crop, we are meeting offsite for a day of papercraftin' fun! If you have never retreated with us this is a great opportunity for you to meet us while spending the day working on your projects. We are limiting registration so be sure to RSVP and then secure your spot with the registration fee as included in the details below.

The crop will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Stacy's Furniture in Grapevine, TX. (Information for locating the room we will crop in will be provided closer to the event date.) It will be from 11 am to 6 pm and the cost is $25 which includes: nacho bar for lunch, an afternoon treat, a goodie bag, door prizes and FUN! (You can bring in your own beverage - no beer nor alcohol - or there are vending machines or a restaurant on the first floor.)

Pack your scrapbooking supplies and come spend the day working on those projects you have not finished nor started. There will be 2-3 people at a round table based upon your seating requests given in the answer you provide when you RSVP. If you want a lot of space to work, we suggest you have two people at your table and I will work to put you near your friends. (It's always nice to make new friends.)

The lighting is good in the room and there are no extension cords available for plugging in devices. You are welcome to bring your own, knowing outlets are limited. We will have a few Cricuts available for your use. Please provide your own mat or if possible, come prepared with your items already cut and ready to use. It never hurts to pack a cushion for your chair if you would like something a little softer.

You will have plenty of room to create and the room is spacious. Know that you do have to take an elevator up to the room where we will meet so do what you can to pack lightly or with good intent. (That is coming from someone who is constantly challenged with this. LOL)

It will be an enjoyable and relaxing environment. If you would like to join us, we will enjoy dinner (dutch treat) at a nearby location, after we have cleaned the room.

YOUR CROP SPOT IS CONFIRMED WITH RECEIPT OF YOUR RSVP AND PAYMENT MADE WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RSVPING (so I know spots are secured). You can TRANSFER $25 as a Friend/Family Member to mlisrobinson@yahoo.com through PayPal. If you prefer a different method of payment, please let me know well in advance of the deadline. Space is limited to 25 croppers and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list will be started, if necessary. (Refunds are not offered unless a replacement is found for your spot in order to account for the money spent on the venue and items provided.)
