Using Filters at Great Falls National Park

Since we don't have the room at the library again this month we will be combining the two regular Meetups into one. For the Lets Talk Photography we will be talking about using filters when you are creating images. From Skylight filters to Polarizers, soft focus filters to colored filters we will talk about using filters to help you bring your creative ideas to life.

After the talk we will head out and make some images so be sure to bring your camera and any filters you have so you can get some practice using filters.

Please Note: Great Falls National Park is a National Fee Area. The vehicle fee is $5 or you can use an Annual Pass.

Update July 20, 2012: With the rain expected for today and the potential for flooding, be sure to visit the Great Falls National Park website (http://www.nps.gov/grfa/index.htm) for alerts and updates. If there is a problem information will be posted here early tomorrow morning.
