Organizer: A recent MFA in Creative Writing, I've published comic-ironic stories in literary magazines such as San Francisco's ZYZZYVA, Berkeley Fiction Review, Ishmael Reed's Konch. Current projects: a novel "Seven Rivers" and my blog . I started teaching myself creative writing by studying Janet Burroway's "Imaginative Writing," first edition, which led me to write a successful application story for a local MFA program. This study prepared me to make better-informed comments in the MFA workshops and later in consultations with professional editors. See my book-review on amazon.com.
(Earlier, I received a Ph.D. degree in Psychology at Stanford, specializing in Organizational Behavior.) -- C. J. Singh
