ABOUT THE SEMINAR
The game “Hur skulle du säga?” (“What would you say?) For Project Managers is a card game that trains the participants in expressing themselves to overcome troublesome daily situations. In interaction with the other participants, you get feedback, rewards or penalties on your communication skills.
The card game is also available for managers, sales reps and co-workers. It has has been used in groups of up to 100 participants.
ABOUT THE HOST
Mikael Berggren has extensive experience in Swedish industry mainly from the banking and financial sector, where he held several senior management positions, e.g. Volvo Group.
Since more than five years he is running his own management company, MMD Consulting. Improving communication skills is the major focus, while enhancing their managerial structure to be more efficient and transparent.
The game “Hur skulle du säga?” , which Mikael runs in the interactive track, is a result of this and has been used in groups of up to 100 participants.
