New Year New Start! January 17 Workout

It's all about consistency and momentum when starting a new exercise routine. Come early to register and reserve your spot! Weekly workouts will vary, and you will have input into what workout we will do the following week!

Please bring a towel or yoga mat for a brief post workout stretch. You can also use the yoga mat if you need extra shock absorption!

    Hello everyone! I hope your week is off to a great start. I'm excited to announce we will be doing the brand new home- based workout Les Mills COMBAT-really fun and set to some great music. Be sure to RSVP, bring plenty of water, good shoes, and a yoga mat or towel for a brief post workout floor stretch at the end. You can also use the mat if you need extra shock absorption. This week, I will also be featuring larger samples of Shakeology, our awesome meal replacement shake that can get you some dramatic results if you commit to it just once daily.
