Our Cuddle Workshops are bursting with fun, connection, deep relaxation, laughter and healing. We include playful light exercises to get everyone in the mood, boundary setting practice, some real heart warming exercises and of course our famously popular Cuddle Pods (where you get to receive your own cuddle wishes from your small group).

A media company has just got in touch asking to do an article on Cuddle Workshops for the national newspapers, online news, their youtube channel and likely for international newspapers as well. We're very excited about the possibility of the lives that could be touched by watching the article, and we are assured they'll portray us respectfully as a positive human interest story. Please help us spread the word about the importance of touch!!

We may also take the opportunity to take some photos for the new Cuddle Workshop website that'll be arriving very soon.

The workshop will be a regular one that includes all the lovely exercises you may have experienced in the past. It'll be filmed all the way through and at the end they'd like to interview some attendees for vox pops. Please make sure you are comfortable about the idea of having an unobtrusive cameraman at the workshop and that you agree to the possibility of appearing on television, in newspapers, online and in website photos before you RSVP!
