Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Hike!

Everyone enjoyed this hike so much the last time, I've decided to do exactly the same thing again! (Check out all of the photos from last time here: Photos (https://www.meetup.com/Culver-City-Hiking-Club/photos/16480542/#267047722).)

The Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook is a very attractive network of hiking trails and steps spread over a fairly small, easily accessible, beautifully maintained hill/mountain close to the edge of Culver City and LA.

We'll meet between 9:50am and 10:00am by the large, concrete road-side sign for the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook (at the junction of Jefferson and Hetzler, CA 90016 - see map.)

Fitness level: While being a relatively easy hike, it will definitely be enough to get our hearts pumping and muscles toned. Hopefully we'll be having good conversations as we walk - our fitness goals will not outweigh our social ones!

Park along the sides of Jefferson - or (for the easiest parking) on Holdrege. Please give yourself enough time to park and walk to the sign BEFORE 10:00am. We will start walking AT 10:00.

It's a good idea to bring water to drink!

We don't want these walks to cut significantly into our weekend schedules, so they last no more than an hour.
