Virginia Water Lake + Windsor Great park
Details
Meeting up at Virginia Water Station (Overground) at 10am, we cycle around the great lake and in to Windsor Great Park. We do a large figure of eight which will be approximately 12 miles and relatively flat. Ending up at a local pub for a few drinks and some food in the summer sun!
The route would be suitable for mountain bikes, hybrids, folding bikes and road bikes.

We have scheduled the event for this time to maximise quieter trains and roads. In terms of how you get to the start and from the finish I would recommend using the London TFL website checking engineering works that day too. Virginia Water Station is on the Overground network and there are regular trains running from Waterloo.
The route may vary a little due to challenges we hit on the day and each rider is responsible for their own health & safety (I'm not your mum).
The event will be cancelled giving a minimum of 48 hours notice if there is a risk of bad weather. By the same token if you do not plan to attend please change your RSVP. Anyone who doesn't will be hunted down and given a really mean stare.
