The Food Market Returns!

After the great success of the first food market, let's head back to The Blind Dog Cafe at Darnell's Bar for more delicious homemade food and good conversation! Like last time, please bring a favorite dish and all of the equipment needed to house and serve it. There are burners and an oven available if you need to heat things up. We will set all the food on the bar and create another free food market.

Will there be electrical outlets to plug in warmer/crockpot/etc? Should we be posting what we will bring?

I have a few questions that someone can answer please. Are all of the dishes labeled with either a full ingredients listing or an allergen listing?! If this is not something that is standard practice for the group at these "tastings" events, is it possible to start doing?! My mom and I are both gluten free and it would be helpful to know what we can safely sample. Either way, we will still be attending.

Not sure why I'm not showing up as "attended" -- but I was there and it was terrific! Bacon tartlets; focaccia with pear, blue chees and caramelized onions; huge shrimp sauteed in butter and spices, earl grey honey ice cream; bread pudding, crab balls, cherry coconut chocolate goodies; yum yum!
