Kickoff meetup / hackathon

Let's start with a small (or big?) kick-off meetup to get started! Presumably in a simpler settings, such as a café or hotel with Wi-Fi, but ideas are welcome!

Probably we first need to see what most people are up to in terms of D, before deciding topic, but a good guess could be that we are many who are more or less new to D, so a good starting topic might be how to get started, finding the right tools, IDE:s, learning resources etc etc, to get up to speed.

A preliminary date and time has been suggested, but mightt's t be changed if there are many who can not attend at that time.

We also still need to decide on a place, but as soon as we see approximately how many we will be, it will be easier to set.
