"D Programming Language - An Introduction" by Ali Çehreli

D is a modern system programming language that supports imperative, object-oriented, generative, and functional programming paradigms. This talk will introduce the features of D that make it a convenient, safe, and fun programming language.

Ali Çehreli has been working as a C and C++ programmer with small and large networking companies in Silicon Valley since 1996, currently working at Riverbed. He is a Meetup organizer for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the ACCU and the DLang Silicon Valley Meetup groups. Ali is the author of the online book "Programming in D", which is both a D tutorial for programming novices and a D reference.
