This group is for those people who enjoy (or want to experience) a clean and healthy lifestyle that is free from Drugs, Alcohol and Tobacco. It’s called DAT Free, That’s ME! Everyone believes that you have to partake of some kind of vice in order to have a fabulously fun time. They feel a night out that doesn’t involve a drink or cigarette in their hand or some other kind of stimulant in their system isn’t worth living. WRONG! I've been Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco free my entire life and I always have an awesome time!!!

As the child of Alcoholic parents, I’ve seen the horrific affects DAT has on people. I watched friends go to prison because of Drugs, siblings destroy their lives with Alcohol, and relatives die from smoking Tobacco. DAT DESTROYS!!! That is why I’ve created the DAT Free, that’s ME! Meetup group. I want to show people that you can have a fun, memorable and an exciting time without drinking, smoking or doing drugs. If you currently live a DAT Free lifestyle, that rocks! Welcome to a club that was created just for you. But if you’re currently not DAT Free, that’s wonderful too! You’ve found a place where you won’t feel pressured or obligated to participate in those things that are destructive and unhealthy (not to mention costly).

DAT Free, That’s ME! encourages everyone to join but understand that at our social events we ask that everyone refrain from drinking any kind of alcohol (including wine), smoking or doing drugs. Now will we reject you if you have to have a drink or smoke a cig? NOPE. I understand that overcoming addictions is a hard and enslaving process, DAT Free, that’s ME! is a step in the right direction. Groups like AA are filled with recovering alcoholics who smoke and are struggling with addictions themselves. AA also doesn’t offer a lot of social activities. DAT Free, that’s ME! is filled with people of all ages who AREN’T struggling with addictions, we’re people who have seen the destruction of DAT and have chose to either remove or never let it into our lives. It’s a great place to find mentors, friends and maybe even more.

In addition to being DAT Free, our social events are design to stimulate our brains and make us smarter and exercise our bodies and make us healthier. I guarantee, there’s no other Meetup or social group out there like DAT Free, that’s ME! because the masses are asses and destroy their lives with DAT but the people in DAT Free, that’s ME! are smarter, healthier and happier then the rest of the world!
